The goal is for my patients, and other people interested in diabetes education, to be able to use The Dietetic Wellness Project's free Instagram account to access meaningful easy-to-understand nutrition resources to aid in meal planning and help inspire people to eat health promotional meals that are tailored to their medical history.
The Eat This; Not That Reels are solely intended for diabetes education; if you are experiencing diabetes as well as other serious diagnoses like Chronic Kidney Disease, Liver Disease, & familial/genetic high Cholesterol then I recommend you also speak with your qualified RDN/RD to formulate the best meal plan possible that has been personally tailored to your medical history. I will not be answering questions about people's individual medical histories on this website or any social media account.
In recent years anime has really won over the hearts of the younger generation in many different countries across the globe. As of April 2026, The Dietetic Wellness Project is starting a Public Health Awareness Campaign using published templates for other public health infographics on Facebook & Instagram. As Executive Director, Ms. Samantha Michelle Walton (Myself) is using Meta AI and google informatics technology to reimagine public health infographics or create new infographics based on the information published by a Public Health Organization that is sharing Scientifically up-to-date accurate data. The World Health Organization (WHO) has been running a wonderful Public Health Infographic campaign for years that is majority not political. Scientifically accurate data that is backed by peer reviewed longitudinal research is not political. Keeping longitudinal research safe from political financing is important to keeping scientific data ethical. Accurate Longitudinal data will exhibit the traits of Validity / Internal Reliability, will be Replicable, and the researchers will have had to engage in Reciprocity. As of May 2026, The Dietetic Wellness Project has published infographics about Important tests to get during pregnancy based off the WHO, how to identify common warning signs of childhood cancer from the WHO, the 5 common warning signs of a heart attack (focusing on women) from the American Heart Association (AHA), and the importance of blocking out time in our daily lives to stretch to decompress our thoughts so we can relax from the WHO. The wording is not changed in the infographics to keep the Public Health information accurate and reliable. As Executive Director, it is my goal to attempt to get younger individuals interested in accurate Public Health Information.

would be for a classic American Cheeseburger then let me know you'd like to see a Reel about
it in the submission box below. The description of the Eat This; Not That Reels has a
Spanish translation and includes a quick evidence based explanation
as to why the image on the right is the more diabetic friendly food option.
