The National Kidney Foundation produces the KDOQI ( Kidney Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative ) to create evidence based medicine guidelines for CKD nutrition in partnership with AND ( Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics ) via work groups and an evidence review team
